Sims Student (Mobile App or Web Access) is essential for all students here at the Chase. This new facility allows students to quickly access their timetable, homework planner and soon attendance, behaviour and housepoints. Students will receive an invite to this new service via their school email addresses. Students must use their use school provided Google account. (<yourusername>@chase.worcs.sch.uk )
You will not be able to log on to the web version or the App until you have received and activated your invite that has been sent to your school email address.
If you attempt to use any other account to register you will likely have issues and will require a fresh invite to be sent out.

As well as the Phone App their is a web version available by clicking here or under the student menu on this page.
All students here at school have access to a student email account
(email address is <yourusername>@chase.worcs.sch.uk) Use your normal username and password to login. You can even setup access to this on mobile devices using exchange type settings. Students accounts are limited to a quota of 100MB so delete anything not needed on a regular basis. This facility is intended for internal school communication only between students teachers and vice versa. Notification of housepoints and google classroom updates are also sent to this address. Any misuse of the system will result in pastoral staff being informed.
Logon to the school desktop which includes access to the Full suite of Microsoft Office software as well as many other software packages. You can do this from anywhere and on any device (the experience on a small screen is less than ideal) You can access your files and save work to your area exactly as if you are in school.
Note: if you are using this system on an iPad you will need to download the Free App from the app store called “Citrix Workspace”
With the restrictions now on pen drives, this is the place to work. Available from anywhere on anything. If you are experiencing difficulty using this system please see a member of the IT Support team.
During your time here at the school you also have access to Office 365 Just click the link above and use your school email address and password to login. Students also have the ability to download the Office package from this website for use on their own equipment. You will have 1TB of school assigned OneDrive space available. (The Chase do not recommend using your OneDrive space for any critical coursework or work needed for your classes.
***Please note that after leaving The Chase, your OneDrive area and any documents available on it will be removed once your account is disabled. The Chase cannot be held responsible for any data loss, it is the users responsibility to maintain their own documents held on OneDrive.***
The new learning experience for the Chase and eventual replacement of The Chase Hub. This new facility is being used by more and more departments to share content with students. Please login with your school provided email address (See above) and normal password.
You can logon to this resource by just chosing login via google at the login screen and using your school provided google account <username>@chase.worcs.sch.uk

Our own YouTube, This is a hugely valuable resources for storing and viewing videos, films etc. DVD’s are a thing of the past and soon this will be the only place to go to view videos.
Teaching staff, did you know that as well as recording live TV and you can access the BBC’s entire back catalogue, going back decades using this resource! iPlayer on steroids!
